k09 Terms & Conditions

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are accessing k09 from a jurisdiction where online betting is permitted under applicable local law;
• Have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them;
• Are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party;
• Understand that gambling involves risk and that you may lose funds you deposit.

Players must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during active use of k09. If k09 discovers that a player is or was under the minimum age at any point, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds in the account may be forfeited pending investigation.

k09 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), a utility bill or bank statement for proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used (e.g., bKash or Nagad account screenshot). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual may hold only one active k09 account. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. If k09 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all duplicate accounts will be closed, bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided. The original account may also be suspended pending investigation.

k09 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before registering or depositing. k09 makes no warranty that use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and to notify k09 promptly of any changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k09 username and password. k09 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. You must notify k09 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. k09 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

k09 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, abuse of bonus promotions, match fixing, money laundering, or breach of any provision in these Terms. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct, any genuine funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

The minimum single deposit on k09 is ৳200. k09 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges independently of k09.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing times are typically within 24 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements. k09 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

k09 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. k09 prohibits the use of the platform for any money laundering activity. Where suspicious transactions are identified, k09 will freeze the relevant account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the activity to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.

All account balances, bonuses, wagers, and winnings are denominated in BDT. k09 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or any foreign-currency-denominated payment methods at this time.

Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page. Unless promotion-specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved.

k09 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion across multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and any coordinated play intended to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, k09 reserves the right to void the bonus, remove related winnings, and suspend or close the account.

Points earned through the Mine loyalty programme have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player. k09 reserves the right to modify the Mine point earning rate, tier thresholds, and reward catalogue at any time with reasonable notice. Points forfeit upon account closure.

All bets are subject to acceptance by k09. k09 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet was placed after the event outcome was known, where a technical error affected odds display, or where the stake exceeds applicable limits for the relevant market.

If k09 makes a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or account credits due to a technical fault or human error ("palpable error"), k09 reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets or transactions affected, regardless of whether the relevant bet or transaction has already been settled.

k09 has a zero-tolerance policy on match fixing, spot fixing, and any form of corrupt wagering activity. Accounts suspected of placing bets connected to fixed or manipulated events will be immediately suspended. All relevant bet data may be shared with appropriate cricket and sports governing bodies including the ICC, BCB, and BPL governing council.

k09 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection, device failure, or power cuts on the player's side. Live game and in-play bet outcomes are determined by k09's central system records, which shall be the definitive record in any dispute. Players are advised to maintain a stable connection before placing in-play bets.

k09 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, k09 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of k09 following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms published on k09, constitute the entire agreement between you and k09 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.

These Terms are published in English, which is the governing language for the purposes of interpretation and dispute resolution. Any translation provided is for convenience only; in the event of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
